  1. I started your workouts around 7 weeks ago. I cut down my portion sizes and snacks as well as doing 10 minutes of your exercises each day, increasing to 30 minutes. I love how you can fit the workouts in very easily. I have lost over 1 stone and 5cm off my waistline. I have chronic pain and had low mobility. My husband has said I’m like a new person. Increased energy, mobility and better mood. I am so glad I found you.

    I have lumbar spondylosis problem at L3L4 and L4L5. Just want to know if its ok for me to keep doing the exercises. I would be grateful if u could do a video for people with similar problems. Thanks

  5. Hi Lucy, superb workout. I like to wprkout everyday but My main problem is after workout I became a patient. May be ear balance problem or low pressure issues. Can you please reply how to overcome this
