I’ve been wanting to buy a power rack for a while but they usually take a lot of space. This Sunny Health & Fitness Power Zone Squat Stand Rack Power Cage, Power Rack is small enough to fit the space and the price is right.

Is it rickety when you do pull ups?
Yo angles suck
Mount the pull-up bar upside down. You will be able to use the pull-up bar with low ceiling clearance.
Hello, is the resistance band attachment removable?
Thank you for your review. I wanted to follow up to see if your review and opinion of this rack still the same? As well as anyone in the comments who bought this. My main concern is the safety bars and how well they perform? Also, wanted to confirm if a 6 ft Olympic bar will fit with this rack? Can't find a definitive answer under the reviews. Just an FYI, I already ordered this but still value your opinions lol
Can you use this as a bench rack as well?
Amazon has some attachments for this rack. I believe one of them is a dip attachment.
Sears had these on 50 percent off so I took advantage and bought one! Thank you so much for the video! Helpful!
thanks for taking the time to do such a detailed review
And how tall is the one you have and how much proven weight capacity can it withstand?
Can the red bar for pullups be adjusted lower?
Ordered this Mon….got to my casita Thursday and just finished setting it up …the bolts took me a while to tighten and I swear the right n left labels were backwards but yay can't wait to use it. Seems sturdy too!
They sell the attachments on Amazon.
The small bars through the safety hooks are for attaching bands above the base if you want to. The instructions say to remove those pieces when you aren't using bands.
a lot of people received deformed frame parts. im 50/50 on this because i dont want to end up with that haha
Just bought mine last week and just built it today too. Just need to get the bar and plates now 🙂
Just bought this rack on amazon for a deal. It was 179$ and for a half rack with the capacity of 800 lbs thats amazing! Hope all goes well.
Any tools you recommend going with when assembling besides the rubber hammer?
Can you use a 6ft bar with this rack? The specification says it's 53 inches on the bottom and 41.5 inches for the pull up bar on top. I wonder how much of a taper it actually has and if it gets narrow enough..
Also looking for attachments as well since it’s nearly impossible due to the size of the holes.
My husband bought this rack we've had it for about 3 months and we love it
Great video! Some tape on the bar may help for a better grip?
