I work on fitness equipment and I always hate working on icon fitness units.
(all icon brands Nordictrac, weslo, ETC)
Customers would only have their units for a couple of months before they start having issues
They most common issues with icon units are
motor control boards going bad, consoles going blank,
Drive belts fraying
Walk belts folding
Which is totally unsafe for the user
Then you go to order parts and stay on the phone for an hour
you will talk to a teenager name Sarah
Who really can’t be bothered or even knows anything about tech support
After you finally convince Sarah (tech support) to send you parts after an hour on the phone
A week later you find out (tech Support) sent the wrong parts
So if you want a decent treadmill don’t buy icon or you will by a headach
