Hello my swole bbs! Welcome to my first #physicalhealthfridays video! (or also #fitnessfridays same thing) In this video I’m going to be talking about the steps to having a healthier relationship with the gym and fitness in general including:
-getting rid of subconscious beliefs
-practicing gratitude
-being open minded and trying new things
-being kinder to yourself

I decided to make this video because I know a lot of people struggle with finding a healthy balance when it comes to working out so I hope that this video is helpful if you feel like you’re having trouble with that!

  1. You definitely hit everything on the nail with this one Mama ! Especially with this whole pandemic going on. A lot of people are beating themselves over not being able to go to the gym. I was definitely one of those people haha. However also I see a lot of people want instant gratification and compare themselves to fitness influencers. Like they say comparison is the thief of joy. But this is def the video we needed, not the video we wanted ~

  2. So true Mama great message I actually fixed my negative gym experience by getting a little home gym and I also work from home 75% of the time and 25% on the job sites so a home gym has just been perfect for me💪👏👌👍💜🐶😎

  3. don't know why working out has such a bad rap. maybe cause we call it "working" out. It lifts my mood so much, that's the main reason I do it. maybe we should call it "mooding out" or something?
