Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women working in the United Government, killing one female about every 80 seconds. Virtually 60 percent of all movement fatalities are women, and cardiovascular disease claims more women’s life-times each year than all forms of cancer, coincidences and diabetes blended. The good report is that 80 percent of heart attack and stroke-related contests can be avoided through education and lifestyle changes, such as knowing your vital state crowds, moving more, gobbling smarter and administering blood pressure. Empowering gals to make changes to prevent cardiovascular disease leads to more cherished memories with our mothers, sisters, daughters and friends.

Go Red for Women is a year-round movement focused on awareness, avoidance education, risk factor reduction, health behavioral changes and women’s heart health research.
