    Truly Excellent book! If you don’t know what you are doing, are not a fitness professional or don’t have unlimited time/ resources to figure out what to do, this book is very hard to beat. Follow nicks instructions and you will get a body transformation. Period. It won’t be easy or enjoyable (at least at the start), or fit nicely into your lifestyle but it will get you the body.
