    Tasty, easy to prepare recipes. Apart from having some delicious recipes such as sriracha cauliflower and some twists on pasta dishes, I love so many elements of this book.The doctor being an author could have come across as condescending and righteous. Instead, it is a balanced book, not selling an ‘exclusion’ diet such as low dairy/wheat/fat, instead encouraging easy to make, varied and interesting meals.You get the feeling that he enjoys eating great food, is time short and from his Instagram…
