    What an amazing book! I cannot recommend this enough! Perfect for anyone trying to get into a healthier lifestyle, people who currently have or have had eating disorders, who get anxiety around food or just in general want to expand their knowledge on healthy eating. There is no “carbs are bad” or “eat less of this food group” nonsense like most “diet book” imply.. this is simply advising people to eat well and to have a BALANCED diet! Everything in moderation!
