    Repetative and Depressing If this book had told me one more time the definition of perimenopause I think I would have hurled it across the room. It seems that all I have to look forward to are mood swings, putting on weight (you need to do an hours exercise 5 times a week to combat this, how realistic? and in other places in book it is contradictory and says 30 mins five times a week), aiming to eat 8-10 portions of fruit and veg a day (I’m not sure even veggies eat this much!). The author must have interviewed…
