    I purchased these following the good reviews on here I purchased these following the good reviews on here. They have helped the pain I have been getting from my arches beginning to collapse, the pain has pretty much gone in a week. I also have had plantar fasciitis in both feet that required hospital visits and boots to sleep in at night. With the insoles the hospital gave me it triggered my plantar fasciitis again. These have not done that, to which I am eternally grateful! I had to trim them slightly to fit my walking boots and walking shoes…
